I worked with Zaf from the buyer perspective. I have nothing but the highest of praise for him. Zaf clearly knew the ins and outs of the house - something which sadly I had struggled to find in other estate agents till that point. He was completely open and honest about the house and the vendor's situation throughout.
At one point there were multiple identical bids for the property and my heart sank, but Zaf handled this professionally and I could tell he was really invested in getting the best outcome for both parties, rather than just ticking a box somewhere. He handled this situation very fairly and I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciated this as a single FTB struggling to get on the housing ladder.
Once my offer had been accepted, Zaf kept me informed of news every step of the way and kept the ball rolling. He's super friendly and approachable, and I never had a single issue contacting him. He also recommended a particular solicitor that I ended up going with, and this all ended up going rather smoothly. On completion he very kindly gave me a congratulatory box of chocs and obliged when I asked if he could take some cliché stand-in-front-of-house-with-key pictures.
Even after the purchase, Zaf has enabled me to keep in contact with the lovely previous owners over some miscellaneous queries I had. If I ever wanted to sell, I'd hope to work with him! I'm still over the moon with my purchase, and I'm over the moon that Zaf was the estate agent. Thank you again!
